The Wreck Bar in Fort Lauderdale

Did the Wednesday night sailor and sirens show. Bar seemed dated, had a signature cocktail wasn't fresh, went with a beer, duck wings seemed to be prepared beforehand and not to order, octopus was good, show was underwhelming with ratio 3 men to 1 women, was hoping for something a bit more, but I feel this venue and idea has alot of potential and is just jot reach it yet

A fun evening with the girls watching the AQUAMEN performing on Thursdays. Other days you can enjoy the beauty of living mermaids from a porthole view while enjoying a tropical cocktail and dining on fresh seafood or other great choices you do not commonly find on restaurant menus. Our waitress was wonderful and took the time to make each of us get exactly what we might like the best. I for one like a Tito's dirty Martini shaken so I can skate on it and that is how it came with a little ice rink floating on top. Go and have fun in this historic bar.

So happy they kept this bar and didn't change it. Love the expansion on the side. I also found their tiki drink menu to be fairly spot on. The late night under water burlesque show was fantastic.

Went to the adult Mermaid show and absolutely loved it. It's such a unique and quirky Florida experience I highly recommend it. Our bartender, Mark, was an absolute delight and part of the night being so fun. The hostess/ greeter was lovely as well. Delicious, albeit pricey, drinks but combined with the show it is well worth the indulgence. My only complaint is that they need to have a solid Vegan or Vegetarian appetizer and main on their menu for sure.

Mistakenly I went without a reservation, it was just me and let me tell you something, I don't know if I looked desperate or i was just lucky but these girls worked to make it happen. Jenny went out of her way to find me a space for me to watch the show. The show was FUN. I enjoyed the food specials too... nothing but thumbs up to the bartenders, servers, kitchen crew, performers and the hostesses. I loved the hotel too .. I can't wait to bring friends in the next time...

Get the Mojito - and on the weekends there is a mermaid show as the bars windows are underwater of the pool behind it

Loved everything about this place

My 6 year old daughter and I attended the show Friday night and had a blast! I highly recommend the show on Friday or Saturday night that’s family oriented. The DJ was so friendly and played a great variety of music all night. The food was amazing! I had the sea bass and loved it! My daughter ordered the penne pasta and enjoyed too. You even get to take a picture with the mermaid before the show. There was four mermaids for the show and they were incredible! Very talented to do what they do! Thank you all for a great night out with my daughter we loved every moment! Keep up the great works all!

The aquamen show is every Thursday for ladies night. Makes for a fun night out with the girls. We hosted an aqua baby shower for our co-worker and it was a fun environment with the DJ, merman show and great burgers and cocktails. They also allow you to order seafood or steaks off their main restaurant menu. My fave drink is the merman mule.

This place is amazing! Kim and Mark at the bar are SO GREAT! The mermaids were the best part of my vacation! Will definitely be back! Recommend to anyone for a unique night out!

Looking for a place to go for a dinner and a show this is your place. The food is good. I went on the night of burlesque. They have other special shows. Before 10PM is for all ages and after 10PM is more for adults.

Life is palpable and sizzling here. Mermaids from all continents and lately from Africa, down swim with the wreck of the Clippers to The B Resort to carry you to this fantastic other world, that we have all been searching for.For one Hour we let loose and let ourselves be carried away by the waves of jubilation. Life is doing the wave here. BEST "DJ" ever. Go"KGB"

Mermaid show review: this is a one of a kind, unique experience with great music and a fun atmosphere. One of the few shows of its kind in the United States. The drinks and service is very good. I tried the sliders one time and the food was mediocre but the show is five stars.

What an incredible show! A must see in Ft. Lauderdale! The late night show was fantastic! The lobster was the best Ive had! Our waiter Marco was extremely attentive and courteous. Do yourself a favor and order the lobster pasta dish they are known for. Truffle oil, butter and tons of lobster will male hour mouth happy while the girls male your eyes happy ;) There was much to see the night we were there, but you'll have to experience that yourself! Overall-great experience and highly recommend!

The food is not bad but expensive it could have a little bit more variarity but the ambience is great.

Okay place, good food, slow service!

Took the wife for Valentine's day. Complete waste of $150. Made reservations a few weeks out and got seated on the side where there were only two little windows. In a half hour show, all we saw were the four swimmers bobbing up and down in front of the window for a total of 4 1/2 minutes. The food was mediocre, at best. Add to that the impossibility of getting a drink during the show and the night was a complete waste, in my eyes. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.

The experience was unique, but not altogether awesome. Food and drink are waaaaay overpriced. Come in expecting resort prices. But the mermaid show was really awesome! Our server was cool, there was a pretty big screw up with the kitchen and she made it right, so we appreciated that. I have to say again, go for the mermaid show, it's a fun and unique time!

Loved looking through the portholes in search of the perfect Merman. The food was delicious and drinks were refreshing. Definitely a place you want to visit again... next time to meet the mermaids. Wish the show had been a little longer... enjoyed the fun maritime theme and atmosphere.

The food, service and show were all excellent. The ambiance is wonderful, cozy and fun all at once, with the portholes to the pool where the water burlesque show takes place. Special props for the overall music choices, too. Perfect for a girls night or a date, but and the the most fun we've had in a long time!

You pay for the mermaid show. The food was pretty good and drinks were fine. But know it is going to be really really expensive. It's worth it if you're there for the show.

This place was an amazing experience. We went for Sunday brunch which I highly recommend. I would also recommend sitting at the bar for the best viewing of the mermaids. I would definitely make a reservation.

We went for a birthday and the place is amazing. good music, fantastic food, entertaining show. Perfect place for a special event. We tried the burquelesque version and it was completely fun. Not vulgar. Excellent. Make reservations because the place is usually packed. Like super packed. Next time we are going to try the brunch and mimosa by the pool. ONLY REGRET, VALET PARKING THEY ARE SO RUDE, so we left and went to park across the street because we did not trust them with the food. Great choice of food and drinks but they should have Sambuca. They didn't.

Delicious drinks and sushi was on the money! We took in the Merman show, which was very tastefully done and very amusing. They also have a Mermaid show which I would have lived to see which is a must! Awesome, place, the service was EXCELLENT, and I mean EXCELLENT! I have always been a fan of this bar. If you are a fan of the movie where the boys are, this is the location of the bar where the mermaids swim in the tanks. Call ahead to find out the schedule because it is truly unique. Food is ok, and the drinks a bit pricy, but where else can you have this experience? Truely a Florida experience.

It was a amazing. Great energy. Great drinks. The place is cool, the staff is very kind, the underwater show that Medu Sirena and her boys and girls perform is so magical, sexy and unique. It's a place you must visit if you're in Fort Lauderdale !

Located inside the Sheraton, this famous bar was featured in Billy Crystal's movie, "Analyze This." Why, you might ask? Because of the huge tank on the wall of the bar that features a show with live, lovely mermaids. They've also been known to hang out at the pool on special occasionsIt has great atmosphere, almost giving you that ship board feeling with lots of wood. There's also a very nice aquarium, which is always relaxing.There are some wonderful drinks to go with things like some terrific sliders. I'm hoping to get to delve more into the menu at a later date.

Only leaving 1 star so I can leave a comment. No where on the site or Facebook does this place state that we need a reservation, it only states "book now". As a patron that isn't clear that they do not take walk-ins that reservations are a requirement. The front desk woman commented that it was, "all over their website that reservations are required." I showed her that no where does it state that and she basically could have cared less. Thank goodness it was only my husband and I and we didn't bring our daughter because she would have been devastated.

Loved the Mermaid show. The DJ was 🔥🔥🔥🔥. Bartender made awesome recommendations on drinks ...he made me his specialty and food. I would definitely come catch another show soon and telling all my friends
